The holidays are here! Bring on the sun, sand and yea baaaaaby the SEA!! The water horse is back in action.OOh lala..heading to the beach tomorrow with my aunty, mum and sister and I so cannot wait! Hmm...a bottle of ice-lemon tea, some tasty snacks in hand, a good book over my face(not to read :p) the sea infront of me..hmm..bliss. Pure bliss. What more can I ask for? OH! of course, dear GOD of rain, please do not decide to water the plants and cool the earth tomorrow. Just tomorrow. Please? pretty pretty please? =) Thank you.

Moving on, have you noticed how fast the days, weeks and months are going by? It is kind of scary eh? One moment it is monday and we are waking up after a lazy weekend and next, it is already friday and Hello! Bumming Weekends! Plus, I cannot seem to rememeber how may, april, march, february and january actually passed so fast! Again, I was jobless and moping around for months and now it is 2 months on the job and I cannot recall much from the past months. Hmmph!

Life has been kind of smooth sailing on the whole. The usual ups and downs have been there but somehow, working life has strengthened me up and the dam does not break that often now. Though the temper does flare alittle easier on the contrary. haha. But I rather that than tears - it keeps me away from uncessary bullies cum maing use from people. ;) I did mention before that my tongue has gotten a teeny bit sharper right? At least, I am finally speaking my mind though my mouth is really very very itchy to bang a certain someone lately but I shall leave it for now. Small matter, no worries. Out of sight, out of mind.

Lastly, I have decided to end my future blog entries with this:

"The 3 things I am thankful for today". This is to remind me that I have things in life to be thankful for, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. It is part of building myself up.

So here goes,

The 3 things I am thankful for today are:

1) the random call from ke xin this evening. It made me smile.

2) the yummy-licious luncheon meat curry my father prepared for dinner. Though I hate pork! It tasted so good, I could not stop eating it.

3)menses - yes, though I do not look forward to it every month, it at least assures me that my "women" systems are all working just fine. :p

As an after thought, I decided that out of the 3, one shall be something negative, e.g. menses because, at times, it is the negative that make us see the positive.

It isn't what you have in your pocket that makes you thankful, but what you have in your heart.
