~*The water monster is back..I think..*~




From today(Wednesday 7/1/2009) till Sunday(10/1/2009), I want to make sure I get my butt out the house to accomplish these two simple activities in their respective times. :




Today: 45mins of brisk walking in the evening. I did it last night, I'll do it again tonight.




Thursday: Early Morning Swim. Starting with just 4 laps to get my stamina back and 45mins of


brisk walk in the evening.




Friday: Early Morning Swim. Still intend to stick to the 4 laps first with the same amount of


brisk walking time.




Saturday: Just swimming would do.




Sunday: Either Swimming or Brisk walking depending on what has been planned for that day.




I am going to start including more varieties of simple work outs to get myself pumped up. I have to do them in small parts so as not to feel over whelmed and in the process lose the interest to exercise.




My target is to hit 6 laps by the end of this month excluding the days hit by "THAT time of the month."




I can't change the direction of the wind,but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.
