So have you done up your resolutions? I decided against keeping any complicated ones this year.That is because,I never seem to fulfil them successfully.Maybe I should just be more realistic.Resolutions tend to make me very ambitious in the spur of the moment.haha.

Anyway,I am keeping it simple and that is to just be happy. That one word can sum it all up for me.The logic is simple. When we are happy, we laugh more, the heart will then pump more oxygenated blood all round our body and our face starts to glow a healthy happy shine and we start to look prettier. Then, we would start to feel good about ourselves which would eventually lead to us watching our diets and then working out to get that fit body to match the good looking face and voila! Everything we wanted expressed in a handful of sentences can be expressed in just that one simple word. HAPPY. Interesting isn't it?

Thats about it. I want to be happy this 2009.

Though, I was very reluctant to go to the church last night, I left with those 3 phrases etched inmy mind. They really had an impact on me when the pastor went on to explain it further.

I have decided to adopt it as my vision statement for this year 2009.To guide me through the decisions I have to make in the days and months ahead.

Whatever your resolution is, All the best in working toward them! Even if you fail to fulfil all, atleast you have tried to overcome some of them.
