

I have decided to step up on my exercising.I have read up on some activities and my verdict? I still prefer yoga.It is relaxing and also a good form of releasing pent up fustrations.I realised in the week I was doing yoga,I was more in a lighter mood than my usual self and thus believe if I can continue,it would do some good to me and my brains.Like I have mentioned before,there is something in the slow stretches that really work well on me.I am scared of breathlessness thus I try to avoid strenuous activity.For now,that is.Till I can build up my staminar.
I have decided to get a dvd/vcd so as to be able to practice at my own time in the comfort of my home.This way,I can save on travelling money too.Haha..I sound like a scroonge.But yea,every cent I can get is heading into my froggie bank.Its just a pity I cannot find my kickboxing cd!Else I can have a selection of actvity to do each day.I am contemplating whether to buy another one together with the yoga cd or just stick to yoga for now and when the cd is meant to be found,it would eventually be found.Haha..hmm..I will think about it.(money,money,money).
